This two day module is run throughout the year. It either stands alone, or becomes the first two days of the Practitioner programme use. The course unit focuses on developing your ability to manage yourself more effectively. You will be developing the 'mindset for success' and the mental strategies that top achievers use. Communication Mastery

This unit focuses on your ability to understand and influence others. You will be developing the skills top communicators use in situations as diverse as managing, motivating,
selling or troubleshooting. You will also discover the hidden benefits of applying some of these learnings to yourself- your own 'selftalk', and how you use it, as the key to your success. |
Diploma 3
Leadership and Managing Change

Organisations have to adapt to change, or die. As organisations learn to change faster, managers, consultants and leaders have to cope with the impact of these changes on themselves and others. This unit
focuses on the process skills for managing change more effectively at all levels from individual to organisational

The Trainers
John Seymour

John is an outstanding trainer and a leading authority in the field of NLP
He has a gift for making the complexities of NLP profoundly simple, and the practical applications life-changing.
Course participants appreciate his refreshing style, in-depth knowledge, and ability to create an intensive learning experience with a genuine caring atmosphere. This may be why he has received two honorary accreditations as an NLP Trainer (from independent professional NLP bodies in the UK and the USA). John is the only person to have been appointed Senior Tutor for NLP in further and higher education in the UK.
Chris Rasey

For more than thirty years Chris has been an outstanding trainer, coach, and facilitator of learning and development in all walks of life. For fifteen years he has been mastering the training of NLP with JSA. He is one of our best trainers.
Margot McCleary
Margot has long been interested in applying NLP in both a personal and business context.
She is often invited to speak at NLP conferences and events and has produced a series of audios on the application of NLP to motivation, delegation and performance management.
After university in Britain and the United States, Margot worked for ten years in a major blue chip organisation in the U.K. in senior line management and HR roles.
She is a Fellow of the CIPD. An experienced training professional, she has wide-ranging skills in the design and delivery of challenging and highly effective programmes.
Her extensive experience has taken her into pharmaceuticals, banking, retail, telecoms, insurance, gas and oil utilities, manufacturing and government organisations.
