John Seymour

John is an outstanding trainer and a leading authority in the field of NLP

He has a gift for making the complexities of NLP profoundly simple, and the practical applications life-changing.

This may be why he has received two honorary accreditations as an NLP Trainer (from independent professional NLP bodies in the UK and the USA). Judith Delozier

Judy has been involved in developing NLP right from its origins with Bateson, Bandler and Grinder at Santa Cruz University. With John Grinder she developed an ‘NLP New Coding’ and co-authored ‘Turtles All The Way Down’.

With Robert Dilts she started The NLPUniversity and co-authored ‘The Encyclopedia of NLP’.

Above all she provides one of the most inspiring living models of NLP. She embodies integrity, love and wisdom.

For more than thirty years Chris has been an outstanding trainer, coach, and facilitator of learning and development in all walks of life. For fifteen years he has been mastering the training of NLP with JSA. He is one of our best trainers.

 



 

Margot McCleary

Margot McCleary

Margot has long been interested in applying NLP in both a personal and business context.

She is often invited to speak at NLP conferences and events and has produced a series of audios on the application of NLP to motivation, delegation and performance management.

After university in Britain and the United States, Margot worked for ten years in a major blue chip organisation in the U.K. in senior line management and HR roles.

She is a Fellow of the CIPD. An experienced training professional, she has wide-ranging skills in the design and delivery of challenging and highly effective programmes.

Her extensive experience has taken her into pharmaceuticals, banking, retail, telecoms, insurance, gas and oil utilities, manufacturing and government organisations.

Part 1: Values, the heart of the matter - 2 Days

How we live our lives, right down to the smallest choice, is determined by values. Yet most of our values are relatively unconscious, and most conflicts are values conflicts. Imagine being able surface out-of-conscious values in any area of life, identify conflicts, and re-align the key values so as to eliminate the conflicts and clarify your purpose in life.

Seminar 6: Integrating Mastery Review and Coaching - 2 Days

The purpose of this seminar is primarily to integrate the diversity of skills on this training and prepare for the final assessment. A comprehensive ‘practice’ assessment allows you to identify and develop any weaknesses. Key parts of the course are reviewed and coaching used to enhance mastery.

Seminar 7: Third Generation NLP – Judith Delozier - 2 days

Judith DeLozier is the only woman to have been continuously involved with NLP since the origins in the seventies. She has been a key figure in all the main stages of the development of NLP. Third generation NLP has been developing since the nineties. The applications are generative and systemic focusing on identity, mission and purpose. These skills of whole system change apply to a range of levels, from individual to organisational and social change.

Working with the conscious/unconscious interface and intuitive processes. Tracking transitions through symbols and archetypes. Self-organisation, archetypes and fourth position. The generative NLP format and the SOAR model. Choosing perceptual filters & using multiple descriptions. Integrating mind and body, reason and intuition.

Seminar 8: Assessment, Coaching and Integration - 2 days

A variety of assessment exercises to integrate skills to the highest standard. The effectiveness comes from the multilevel (self, peer, tutor and trainer) evaluation and multiple description approach, with intensive coaching. Students say they had more fun, and learned more, than on any of the other seminars!
