10 Day Business Practitioner Course

INTRODUCTION
In the business environment our plans and outcomes are sometimes thwarted by those of others. In conflict situations it is sometimes difficult to see how both parties can successfully achieve their ends. Through a better understanding of the needs of others and the development of joint visions we can invariably achieve more for each other. This often requires a high degree of creative problem solving and the ability to view an issue from different perspectives. Those who have this flexibility, coupled with integrity, can - and usually do - control a situation for the betterment of all.
