We consider that there are 2 phases to development:

1. Acquisition of skills
2. Application and evidence of competence in role

Here at JSA we are developing specific BTEC programmes for phase 1.
We are also able to support an NVQ approach for phase 2.

Both phases are Quality Assured through the award body Edexcel.
