NLP practitioners and trainees find that regular meetings help to apply and integrate their NLP skills into their daily lives. Learning to apply NLP alongside the seminars is an essential part of the training to help develop new behaviours and attitudes. Attending a group will inevitably allow you to draw greater benefits from courses. If the group is open, this is an ideal way to find out more about NLP before deciding to take it further.
