Why is this programme important?

We have created an incredibly cost effective solution for Area and Brigade Managers.

Working with Edexcel’s assessment criteria we intend to work on a regional basis wherever possible to deliver this programme.

What exactly is this programme?

Based on the IPDS developmental model and created out of the NOS we cover the main areas of training at area and brigade management levels.

How is the programme structured?

The 18 day programme is delivered in whatever way is best for the Brigades.
We suggest 3 day blocks, but longer or shorter segments are options as well.
Below is suggested content coverage, but we can actually include a few extra modules within the 18 days as well.

• The full certificated course totals 18 days
• Each course is split into 6 programmes
• Each programme is 3 days duration

At JSA we work on an average group size of 7 participants per tutor and typically have 2 tutors per programme.
