INTRODUCTION
Essentially, this programme mirrors our executive / management coaching. The difference with the sales coaching and mentoring is two-fold. Firstly the coach that delivers this programme will be an experienced and certified coach, as is with our executive coaching, but will also have a significant number of years involved in sales. Secondly mentoring, features in this programme, an opportunity to explore ideas together share each others experience and learning that lead to co-creating new and inspiring approaches, energies results in sales.

Individuals involved in generating revenue through sales processes, those new to sales, as well as seasoned professional sales executives, managers and directors.

Objectives
Coachees will gain all of the benefits of executive coaching, including:

  • Coachees gain new vistas of possibilities, energies, focus, skill, and enjoyment both professionally and personally.

Structure
This is both freestyle, and structured coaching governed by the coachee and the coach. The coach will aim to coach continually, until the need arises to mentor, or share sales based knowledge. This programme still contains the technologies and structured approach that we deliver in executive coaching, however the subject or content are managed and co-created between the coach & coachee around sales
