Structure
The structure is based on our benchmarking of Leadership.
This is achieved over two key areas:
Being a leader and Doing Leadership.
Benchmarking Being consists of the following three key leadership traits:
Integrity, Authenticity and Congruence.
Benchmarking Doing consists of the following four key leadership behaviours:
Communicating, Collaborating, Contributing and Pioneering.
These are measured over a scale of 0-5 of sensory-based descriptive levels. Having identified a mark on the bench for the coachee a coaching plan is put together with the coachee / organisation to identify where they feel it would be useful to make improvements.
This creates the content or the structure for the following seven sessions.
