INTRODUCTION
Our leadership coaching falls into a structured programme.
It has been developed to specifically benchmark the coachee against a set of leadership Being and Doing criteria.

The programme runs over 8 sessions, usually in a three-month period.


Service benefit
Existing Leaders, Those new to leadership roles and managers that are aspiring to use leadership as their main management style.

Objectives
On completion of the coaching programme coachees will have experienced, benchmarked and evidenced improvements in Being leaders and in Doing leadership within their organisation.
Also coachees will have integrated relevant personal change through exploration & learning.

Enabled through the coaching & benchmarking process that leads to being more, doing more, achieving more, and contributing more.

Coachees also gain new perceptions, understanding, and attitude, about self, others and their organisation.


Structure

The structure is based on our benchmarking of Leadership.

This is achieved over two key areas:

Being a leader and Doing Leadership.

Benchmarking Being consists of the following three key leadership traits:
Integrity, Authenticity and Congruence.

Benchmarking Doing consists of the following four key leadership behaviours:
Communicating, Collaborating, Contributing and Pioneering.

These are measured over a scale of 0-5 of sensory-based descriptive levels. Having identified a mark on the bench for the coachee a coaching plan is put together with the coachee / organisation to identify where they feel it would be useful to make improvements.

This creates the content or the structure for the following seven sessions.
